This section contains information on how to become a member of the ABT...

• Download the subscription form to the left, by clicking on it.
  The top one if you are still working for ASML.
  The lower one if you will retire soon, and still want to stay a member of the ASML Biking Team.
  
  
• Fill in the form and send it to administration@abikingteam.nl.
  
  
• When your form has been processed into the administration of the ABT, you will receive a Welcome email and a separate email with your password.
  
  
• Your formal membership will start when you have paid your first annual fee. You will receive an invoice for the annual fee from MKB-Assist, who is doing the financial administration for the ASML Biking Team.
  
  
• The anual fee is currently set to 20 euros per year. At the beginning of each year (Jan..Feb), you will receive an invoice from MKB-Assist for the payment.
  
  
• The annual fee is in principle for one complete year, and not corrected for a part of the year when you start your membership somewhere in the middle of the year.
  Only when you want become a member after Oct-1, your formal start date will be Jan-1 of the next year, and also the annual fee will be for the next year: no payment needed for last three months of the current year.
  
  
• Since we expect that you wear the ASML Bike Wear when you join the activities of the ABT, we will refund max 60 euros when you order your first ASML Bike Wear at the ASML Webshop.
  
  The only pre-requistie for this: we expect that you stay a member for at least 3 years. When you leave ASML wihtin 3 years, your membership will end, and you need to pay the rest of these 3 years that you haven't payed yet
  
  
• When you want to end your membership, please send an email to administration@abikingteam.nl with the request to end your membership as of which date. When you already paid the annual fee for the current year, you can stay a member until 31-Dec, if you wish of course
